This old gray mare wants you to be happy with your purchase so customer satisfaction is important to us!  The old gray mare has been in business for most of her life, starting in a playpen in the front of our family grocery store.  Merchant satisfaction is a genetic condition for me!  See our "about" page for more info!

 

How do I place an order?

Just put your chosen items in the and checkout with the easiest and most safe method on the internet.....Paypal.  Don't have a Paypal account? It's easy to set one up!  You'll be able to setup with Paypal through the cart if you wish. After your payment method through Paypal has cleared, we will process and ship your goods!

 

Payment and Shipping

After your payment has cleared, which often is instant, we then begin processing your order and we promise to ship within two business days and delivery withing 5-7 days.  While we try to expedite shipping where we can, if you really want something quickly, let me know and I will see if we have to charge you extra.   At this time we only ship to the lower 48 states, no PO Boxes, no APOs, but, it doesn't hurt to ask.

 

Where does my stuff come from?

We have our own warehouses as well as agreements with manufacturers to ship from their warehouses too. We are authorized distributors for many companies, and we ship direct from the manufacturers in many cases.  So if it doesn't come from me, it will come from my own stock!

 

Returns & refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, happy customers are our goal!  If for some reason your item is damaged in shipping we are happy to send a return tag and refund you promptly, but, we will need proof of the damage as the shipper usually has to be responsible for the damage.  If on the other hand, your item isn't what you wanted, we will authorize the return, but you will be expected to pay the return cost, unless there are extenuating circumstances, ask us in your email!  If you changed your mind, and the item has already shipped, just simply refuse the shipment when it arrives and the carrier will return it to us.  Let us know if you are doing this, so we will watch for it.  We cannot refund until the item is received back in our warehouse.
