Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, happy customers are our goal! If for some reason your item is damaged in shipping we are happy to send a return tag and refund you promptly, but, we will need proof of the damage as the shipper usually has to be responsible for the damage. Be prepared to a take a photo of the damaged package and the damaged item.
If, on the other hand your item isn't what you wanted, we will authorize the return, but you will be expected to pay the return cost, and in some cases a restocking fee of 15% (if the manufacturer charges a restocking fee, then so do I).
All returns must be unused and unwashed in the original packaging to be refunded in full. Refunds in full will only be made when the item is received back and verified in new condition.
If you simply changed your mind, and the item has already shipped, just simply refuse the shipment when it arrives and the carrier will return it to us. You MUST let us know if you are doing this, so we will watch for it. We cannot refund until the item is received back in our warehouse.
All returns are accepted within 14 days of the item being received, we cannot extend past 14 days on any return.
